‘Walk-shop’ around the lake at Trentham Estate

Would you like to chat/workshop with me whilst taking a walk around the beautiful lake at Trentham Estate, Staffordshire?

There's nothing like getting out into nature and enjoying the peace and quiet, it's where I get my most inspired ideas!

So why not join me and we will walk and chat in this calming, comfortable and beautiful setting.

We can discuss anything you like on our walk, but my expertise lies in helping you to become more confident and to lead a happy and successful life, whatever that means to you.

• You may simply want to talk about how you can increase your confidence in your everyday life.
• I can also help you to feel more relaxed if you feel you are constantly rushing around and feel overwhelmed.

The price of this session includes entrance to the gardens (if you don't already have a pass) and a cup of tea or coffee in the lakeside cafe following the walk.

The total time for this session will be approximately 1.5 hours

Before the session we will chat over email or WhatsApp to discuss your preferred topics of conversation and I can gather any information I feel will be relevant for me to provide the most help on the day.
